Account Creation & Google Data: When you register using "Sign in with Google," we securely collect your name, email address, and profile picture. This data is used exclusively to tie your purchases to your secure User Dashboard, provide instant access to your digital assets, and send you relevant product updates. We do not share or sell your profile data. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, and you can request the complete deletion of your account data by contacting support@neonfluxstudio.in.
Account & Transaction Data: When purchasing digital workflows or FileFlow passes, we collect your name, billing email, and purchase history required to deliver digital files and provide customer support.
AI Chatbot & Support Data: Interactions with our automated AI support agent are processed to provide immediate technical assistance. We retain chat transcripts temporarily strictly for quality assurance and bug squashing. Users are advised not to share sensitive financial or personal identification information within the chat widget.
FileFlow Zero-Retention Policy: Files uploaded to the FileFlow converter are processed ephemerally. Uploaded source files and generated outputs are permanently and automatically purged from our servers within two (2) hours of completion. We never read, train AI models on, or monetize your uploaded documents.
Automatically Collected Data: The Services may collect certain information automatically, including the type of device you use, unique device IDs, IP addresses, operating systems, and information about the way you use the Services.
We work exclusively with certified processors who adhere to strict data security protocols. Payment card details, international transactions, and net banking authentication are handled directly on secure servers via Paddle, Cashfree, BillDesk, and Google Play Billing. We do not store your payment credentials.

The Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes. User Provided Data is retained for the duration of your use of the Services plus 12 months. Automatically Collected Data is retained for up to 24 months. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
The Services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age.
