Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Neon Flux Studio, we provide digital software products, automation workflows, developer utilities, and mobile interactive experiences. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

1. Digital Assets & Marketplace Workflows

Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of downloadable software source files, Next.js templates, UI kits, AI prompt pipelines, n8n templates, and Make.com workflows, all sales of digital assets are final and non-refundable once file access or JSON blueprints have been unlocked in your Dashboard. If you experience an unrecoverable defect or corrupted file download, notify us within 48 hours for a replacement.

2. FileFlow Processing & Subscriptions

• Failed Processing Credits: If a paid file conversion batch fails due to internal system errors or server-side issues, processing credits are automatically replenished or refunded upon review.
• Subscription Cancellations: Recurring FileFlow tiers may be canceled anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Mobile Game Purchases (Aether Drift)

Purchases of virtual game assets or in-app items made via the Google Play Store are processed and governed by Google Play's standard refund policies.

4. Refund Settlement Timeline

When an eligible refund is approved by our billing desk, the transaction is reversed via our Merchant of Record or banking gateway (Paddle, Cashfree, or BillDesk). The approved refund will be credited to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
