Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Aether Drift app, the neonfluxstudio.in website, FileFlow, and the Workflow Marketplace (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Neon Flux Studio.

1. Services & License Grant

• Digital Workflow Marketplace: Digital assets (including UI kits, Next.js templates, prompt pipelines, and automations) are licensed on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for personal or internal business deployment. Redistribution is strictly prohibited.
• FileFlow Conversion Engine: Users may not upload malicious scripts, malware, pirated content, or media that violates intellectual property laws. Processing quotas are enforced based on free or paid credit tiers.
• Mobile Application: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Application. You may not reverse engineer or decompile the Application.
• AI Support Chatbot: The automated site chatbot provides general assistance and guidance "as-is". Responses are generated by Artificial Intelligence and should not be construed as binding professional, legal, or financial advice. The Service Provider holds no liability for actions taken or errors resulting from chatbot interactions.

2. Payments & Pricing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

All prices for digital templates, FileFlow Pro tiers, and in-game digital items are clearly listed prior to purchase. The platform utilizes dynamic geo-routing to display prices in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic users and US Dollars (USD) for international users. Payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateways (Paddle, Cashfree, BillDesk) or Google Play Billing. We do not store sensitive payment card credentials.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Services, including code, design, trademarks, and branding. Content submitted by users remains their property, but by submitting it, users grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive license to display it within the Application parameters.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post, upload, or transmit content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove content that violates these guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, API downtime, or data loss. The Services are provided "as-is".

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or intentional misuse of the Services.

7. DSA Compliance (Digital Services Act)

If the Application acts as an intermediary service under the DSA, the Service Provider maintains a single point of contact at support@neonfluxstudio.in. Users may submit notices of allegedly illegal content, and the Service Provider will process them diligently, providing a statement of reasons for any moderation actions taken.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought before the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
